If you’re in Luz, don’t miss the chance to experience an Ayuna massage — it’s truly exceptional. Heidi is a wonderful therapist with a calming presence and amazing technique. The entire experience was deeply relaxing and restorative. A perfect treat during your stay!
Every year I return to Luz and Heidi in Ayuna is top of my list. Her massaging technique is unreal. I can't wait to return this Friday and I know I'll have a great night's sleep after a massage. Cant recommend enough.
Heide is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable therapist. I enjoyed a wonderful massage and will definitely be returning. Heide has beautiful energy and you leave feeling nourished & relaxed. My husband, son and father enjoyed great massages during our stay too. The food here is also top notch, delicious, fresh and tasty. Thank you and see you soon again 🙏

10/10 recommend Heidi and her Thai Yoga Massage. For those yogis out there, it’s exactly what you would imagine a yoga massage to feel like. Everything your body needs with the right amount of relief, pressure, stretch, and relax.

I had the pleasure of receiving my first Thai massage from Heide while I was in Portugal visiting. We heard about Kinoah from some locals so we decided to spend one of our last days in the Algarve region there. As we were eating breakfast I met Heide and she had a time slot to squeeze me in! It was the most relaxing experience I have had in a long time. We can’t wait to go back to visit and I will definitely bring seeing her again!I am just back from a Osteo Thai massage with Heidi. When I contacted her I was booking for traditional massage. But I am so glad I tried her recommmedation. I have never experienced a massage like it. There was combo of touch, body work, mindfulness , pressure, lifting, Tibetan drums. If you are booking for something book the osteo Thai for one hour and a half . You will not be dissapointed
An hour with Heide and an oil massage was just bliss and ended with music therapy - I felt like I wafted out of there - already booked for another - highly recommend THANKS
What a wonderful experience it was, my Thai/yoga massage by Heide. I can truly recommend. It’s relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time and Heide is a very warm and kind personality. Loved it and will come back for sure.

Heidi is an incredible person. The moment I entered the space, there was positive energy. I’ve spent many months in Thailand and had many massages and she is up there with the best of them. I felt invigorated yet relaxed at the end. She is a wonderful lady with an amazing talent. She has worked hard to hone her skills and it shows. I cannot recommend both her ayurvedic and her Thai massage highly enough. Thai was my personal favourite. 🌸🌸Amazing Thai yoga massage, extraordinary good with individual adjustments to my needs (I had shoulder pain the second time). Heide is really experienced and talented. I felt to be in good hands and could relax easily. Highly recommendable, Heide is a remarkable human being 🙏
I took the Thai massage. I told Heide I never had such a good frontside massage ever. She truly has a lot of knowledge about the human body, how tensions flow through the tissues and how to open up the stuck places. Then came the back side and again it was heaven. I can’t but underscore that Heide is a true specialist with real experience and knowledge.
Heide at Ayuna Massage and Bodywork in Luz, Portugal is phenomenal! Her Thai Massage skills are exceptional, leaving me completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend her for an incredible massage experience.

I can highly recommend a Thai Yoga Massage at Ayuna! I've been living in Thailand for 12 years and I can say from experience the massage offered at Ayuna is incredibly therapeutic, authentic and reasonably priced. I felt in extremely safe hands, the amount of pressure used was consistently just right, and she followed my body and it's needs very well. I felt a change in posture and alignment after just one 1.5-hour session. Another massage at Ayuna is on my list for my next visit to Portugal already. Thank you!!!Had the best Thai Yoga massage today. It felt more like a therapy and one of the best if not the best massage session I've ever had. Very nice massage place in a beautiful location. Clean and tidy with a beautiful decor. Heide the massage therapist was very professional, caring and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend it for everyone.
The massages was very good and Heide is very friendly. She caters to all requests. By my first time i had a yoga massage and afterward i was very relaxt and the second time i dicided my for a thai oil massage. Both massage i enjoyed very much and can only recommend her.
